- Coordinate end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Optimize inventory management systems to ensure stock accuracy and minimize holding costs
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement corrective actions for delays or inefficiencies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate transportation contracts for cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Prepare logistics reports, performance metrics, and improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with business objectives
- Implement sustainable logistics practices to reduce environmental impact
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and reporting
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
