Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation coordination, inventory management, and warehouse activities
- Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock rotation procedures to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Prepare and analyze logistics performance reports for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all logistics activities
- Coordinate with customs authorities for smooth import/export procedures
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to maintain service quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain management
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics processes and reducing costs
