This critical role requires expertise in warehouse management, transportation coordination, and cost optimization to ensure seamless supply chain efficiency. You will oversee daily logistics operations, implement process improvements, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistic cost structures, with a proven track record of optimizing distribution networks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and space optimization
- Manage transportation logistics including route planning, carrier coordination, and delivery scheduling
- Analyze and optimize logistic cost structures to identify savings opportunities
- Implement and maintain Warehouse Management System (WMS) protocols
- Lead and develop logistics teams through performance coaching and training
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations with warehouse/transportation focus
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics software
- Strong analytical skills for cost structure optimization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
