Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise end-to-end logistics operations including order processing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency and service quality
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols across all logistics touchpoints
- Lead a team of logistics personnel through coaching, training, and performance management
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive process enhancements
- Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics operations with supervisory experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI platforms)
- Proven track record in implementing quality improvement initiatives and KPI monitoring
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of e-commerce logistics operations and industry best practices
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional communication skills
