Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement daily logistics schedules optimizing delivery routes and resource allocation
- Monitor transportation costs and implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining service quality
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow
- Analyze logistics KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
- Prepare logistics performance reports for senior management review
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of experience in logistics planning or operations management
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
