Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring materials and finished products are delivered on time.
- Manage daily inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and promptly report discrepancies.
- Prepare, review, and process shipping documents, customs clearances, and delivery notes accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing and sales, to forecast demand and plan efficient logistics routes.
- Liaise with external vendors, freight forwarders, and transport companies to negotiate rates and track shipments.
- Ensure all logistics activities strictly comply with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Utilize ERP systems to update databases, track cargo, and generate daily performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Staff, Warehouse Coordinator, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping procedures, and local distribution networks.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
