Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory control and warehouse coordination
- Optimize transportation routes and negotiate with freight carriers for cost-effective solutions
- Monitor stock levels and implement just-in-time inventory practices
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless raw material delivery
- Analyze logistics KPIs and implement process improvements
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to align logistics with production schedules
- Track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies proactively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or warehousing operations
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations and transportation laws
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous
