Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate import/export documentation compliance and customs clearance processes
- Track and monitor shipments in real-time to ensure timely delivery and resolve transit issues
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for seamless logistics operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and logistics databases for audit purposes
- Optimize transportation routes and cost-efficiency through data-driven analysis
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational KPIs and deadlines
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in logistics workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export logistics or freight operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle TMS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
