Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accurate data entry for inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation
- Coordinate transportation schedules and track delivery status
- Maintain logistics databases and ensure real-time information accuracy
- Process shipping/receiving documents and customs clearance paperwork
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize stock rotation
- Generate logistics performance reports for management review
- Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics administration or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.5% data accuracy track record
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Indonesian transportation regulations and customs procedures
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Logistics preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills
