PT Tara Parama Semesta, a key business unit within the prestigious Martha Tilaar Group, is searching for a strategic and results-driven Logistics Supervisor to oversee our operations in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta.
In this vital role, you will be the cornerstone of our logistics function, responsible for the end-to-end supply chain process. You will ensure that our premium cosmetics and personal care products are managed, stored, and distributed seamlessly to our extensive network of retail partners. Your primary focus will be leading logistics staff, optimizing warehouse space, planning efficient transportation routes, and implementing rigorous safety and quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and supervise logistics and warehouse staff to ensure a productive and safe working environment.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts and physical audits to ensure accuracy.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely distribution to all retail outlets.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics and warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to forecast demand and manage stock replenishment.
- Analyze logistics KPIs and operational data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and government standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse supervision, preferably within the retail, FMCG, or cosmetics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and experienced with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Willing to be placed in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta.
