Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and implementing cycle counting procedures.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of logistics staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline warehouse workflows.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of stock.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies in the warehouse environment.
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for process improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain supervision.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
