Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily loading operations for store deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor staff schedules and workflow to minimize excessive overtime and optimize labor costs.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, inventory management standards, and company policies.
- Analyze delivery metrics and performance data to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment logs and delivery documentation.
- Communicate effectively with store managers and internal stakeholders regarding delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or Warehouse Manager in the retail/consumer products industry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and loading procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems.
