Central Proteina Prima, a leading manufacturing company, seeks an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bekasi. This critical role will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics coordination. You'll lead cross-functional teams to optimize distribution networks, reduce operational costs, and maintain service excellence in the fast-paced FMCG sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Optimize logistics processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Manage inventory control systems and implement stock reconciliation procedures
- Lead and develop logistics team through training and performance management
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments for seamless supply chain flow
- Monitor KPIs including order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and transportation costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor in FMCG industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English language skills preferred
- Willingness to be based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat
