Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming/outgoing project materials flow with precision and timeliness
- Receive, inspect, and store materials according to established warehouse protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Coordinate material distribution to project sites while ensuring quality control
- Implement warehouse safety standards and organizational best practices
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment and vendor management
- Prepare monthly inventory reports and discrepancy analyses
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy skills
- Ability to lift 25kg materials and navigate warehouse environments
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Forklift operation certification is advantageous
