- Conduct comprehensive audits of store operations to identify potential loss risks and SOP compliance gaps
- Investigate internal and external incidents of theft, fraud, or operational inefficiencies
- Implement and monitor loss prevention strategies aligned with Miniso's global standards
- Train store staff on loss prevention protocols and security best practices
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with actionable recommendations for management
- Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams when required for incident resolution
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to minimize shrinkage
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting loss prevention
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in loss prevention, audit, or retail security
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and SOPs
- Proficiency in report writing and documentation of incidents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and collaboration
- Certification in loss prevention or security management (e.g., LPC, ASIS) is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
