Join Toyota Quezon Avenue as an LTO Liaison Staff and become the vital bridge between our dealership and regulatory authorities. This critical role ensures seamless compliance with Land Transportation Office policies while supporting our Vehicle Sales Managers and operational teams. You'll proactively communicate new regulations, maintain documentation accuracy, and facilitate smooth vehicle registration processes. As a trusted advisor, you'll interpret complex LTO guidelines into actionable insights, minimizing operational disruptions and maintaining Toyota's reputation for excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Communicate new LTO guidelines and policy changes to internal stakeholders (VSM, Sales, Service teams)
- Monitor regulatory updates and analyze operational impacts on dealership functions
- Prepare and submit vehicle registration/renewal documents to LTO
- Maintain compliance records and documentation for audit purposes
- Act as primary point of contact for LTO inquiries and inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement regulatory changes
- Track transaction timelines and ensure regulatory deadlines are met
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in regulatory compliance or liaison roles
- Deep understanding of LTO policies, procedures, and requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in documentation management and record-keeping
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory information
- Valid driver's license (Class 1/2 preferred)
