- Present and showcase luxury apartment properties to potential clients in Jakarta's premium residential areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and real estate partners
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about amenities, specifications, and investment potential
- Develop customized property solutions based on client preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property launches
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies for luxury properties
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury properties
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of Jakarta's real estate market and luxury property segments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for high-end client interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
