Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge for luxury audio products
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Manage inventory and ensure the showroom is maintained to brand standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide expert advice
- Participate in store events and promotional activities to drive sales
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with at least 1 year of retail sales experience
- Passion for high-quality audio products and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus
