- Identify and screen high-potential luxury property assets in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and financial feasibility studies.
- Negotiate favorable terms and structures with sellers, agents, and stakeholders.
- Manage the full acquisition lifecycle, including due diligence, legal coordination, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the real estate industry.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals and acquisition reports for senior management.
- Monitor market trends to identify emerging opportunities for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, specifically within the luxury or high-end segment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of local property laws, land titles, and regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to analyze financial data, assess risks, and project returns accurately.
- Valid Driver’s License is essential for site visits.
- High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and work ethic.
