You will play a pivotal role in driving store performance by building meaningful, long-term client relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the prestige of the brands we represent. - Deliver personalized, high-touch luxury service to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with HNW (High Net Worth) clients to ensure brand loyalty.
- Assist in the execution of bespoke marketing events and product launches to drive store traffic.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Manage and update CRM data accurately to track client preferences and purchase history.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to clients during consultations.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a refined, professional demeanor.
- Strong background in CRM management and basic proficiency in retail sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate retail peak periods.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and perform in a target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- A passion for luxury goods and an innate understanding of high-end customer service standards.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
