- Greet and engage high‑net‑worth customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Present and demonstrate luxury watches and jewellery collections, tailoring recommendations to individual preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and customer preferences.
- Ensure the boutique adheres to visual merchandising standards and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the team to organize exclusive events, promotions, and client appreciation initiatives.
- Stay informed about brand stories, product details, and emerging trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high‑end customer service.
- Strong command of English; additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- A passion for watches and jewellery, with basic knowledge of horology and gemstone trends.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
- Possession of a valid Singapore work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
