Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a premium shopping environment and impeccable visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new high-net-worth clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing VIPs.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and reports to senior management.
- Coach and mentor staff on luxury product knowledge, advanced sales techniques, and professional etiquette.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock security, replenishments, and high-value item tracking.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues with a focus on brand reputation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store events and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury goods, particularly high-end watches or premium fashion.
- Proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets and KPIs in a high-ticket environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in training and developing high-performance teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret retail data and translate it into growth strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
