This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their experience within the premium retail sector on a 3-month contract basis.
As a brand ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele. Your primary focus will be to showcase the brand's heritage, provide personalized styling advice, and ensure that every customer receives an exceptional shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and engage customers in a professional, warm, and welcoming manner.
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to ensure a luxury environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product tagging.
- Process transactions efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and grace.
- Support the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
- Ensure the boutique remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in fashion retail, preferably within a luxury or premium brand.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A passion for fashion trends and an eye for aesthetics.
- High level of professional grooming and personal presentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly self-motivated.
- Capable of standing for extended periods during retail shifts.
