We offer a competitive remuneration package designed to reward your dedication and performance, including a basic salary of $2,000 - $2,300, attractive commission and incentive schemes, a grooming allowance to maintain your professional image, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), and a Variable Bonus (VB). Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert, personalized skincare consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable luxury products.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for luxury skincare products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service and follow-ups.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the luxury skincare range, ingredients, benefits, and application techniques.
- Ensure the retail counter and displays are impeccably maintained, adhering to brand visual merchandising standards.
- Efficiently process sales transactions, handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Actively participate in promotional events, new product launches, and in-store activities to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and luxury beauty market developments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or Sales Consultant in a retail environment, preferably with luxury skincare or cosmetics brands.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Genuine passion for luxury skincare, beauty, and wellness.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
- Possess a professional image and grooming standards.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
