In this contract role, you will be the driving force behind store excellence, leading a dedicated team to deliver an unparalleled luxury experience to beauty enthusiasts.
As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of retail operations, from sales strategy and visual merchandising to staff development and customer relations. Your expertise in luxury skincare will be key to inspiring both your team and your clientele, fostering a culture of sophistication and high performance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of beauty advisors to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and market share.
- Uphold the brand's luxury image through meticulous visual merchandising and store standards.
- Conduct regular team training on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably in beauty or skincare.
- A proven track record of driving sales and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of luxury skincare products and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
