- Drive and exceed store sales targets through proactive retail strategies and exceptional customer engagement.
- Provide visionary leadership to the store team, including training, coaching, and performance management.

- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with VIP clients and high-net-worth individuals to drive repeat business.
- Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory control, stock management, and cash handling.

Kualifikasi
