- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert advice on high-end horology brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to reflect the luxury positioning of the boutique.
- Manage inventory levels and perform accurate daily sales reconciliations.
- Assist in the organization of exclusive in-store events and product launches.
- Handle after-sales inquiries and coordinate with service centers for maintenance or repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry or timepieces.
- Possess a genuine passion for watches and a deep desire to learn about technical movements and brand history.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage for our international clientele.
