- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized luxury watch consultations and styling recommendations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across luxury watch brands, collections, and technical specifications
- Execute operational excellence including inventory management, visual merchandising, and boutique presentation
- Cultivate long-term client relationships through after-sales follow-up and loyalty program engagement

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium sales, or high-end customer service
- Deep passion for horology and genuine enthusiasm for luxury watch brands

- Strong sales acumen with proven track record of achieving performance metrics
