Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate M&E, sanitary, and plumbing works across multiple construction sites
- Draft and review technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to construction schedules
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control standards
- Manage resource allocation and budget tracking for assigned systems
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Building Construction Authority (BCA) regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of M&E coordination experience in Singapore's construction industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM modeling software
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in plumbing/sanitary systems is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
