Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end M&E contracts including tendering, negotiation, award, and execution phases
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure contractual compliance
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project delivery
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, preparing claims and variations documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality control measures
- Manage subcontractor relationships and performance monitoring
- Prepare progress reports, financial statements, and contract closure documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of M&E contract management experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Singaporean building regulations, and industry standards
- Proven experience in contract negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CCM) or Project Management (PMP) preferred
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
