In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems within our building projects, ensuring that all technical standards are met with precision and efficiency.
As an M&E Coordinator, you will act as a vital link between sub-contractors, design consultants, and our internal project management team. You will be responsible for overseeing on-site progress, identifying potential design conflicts, and ensuring that all M&E installations adhere to safety and quality regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all M&E on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Review M&E drawings and identify discrepancies or clashes early in the construction phase.
- Manage and liaise with sub-contractors to ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical updates to the project management team.
- Ensure all M&E installations strictly follow Singapore's safety and building regulations.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection requests, and manage documentation for technical submissions.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and technical standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
