Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site, ensuring alignment with project schedules and technical specifications.
- Manage technical submissions, including shop drawings and material approvals, to ensure compliance with consultant requirements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and site clashes promptly.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and safety standards meet BCA and internal quality benchmarks.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential delays and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Lead the testing and commissioning (T&C) phases for all M&E systems to ensure full operational readiness.
- Ensure all M&E installations strictly comply with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, ideally within an A1 Main Contractor environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential building projects.
- Deep technical knowledge of M&E systems, including HVAC, fire protection, and electrical distribution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with BIM or Revit software is highly advantageous.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
