Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee M&E system installation, testing, and commissioning on construction sites
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Conduct site inspections and quality control audits to ensure compliance
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for M&E works
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years of M&E engineering experience in construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's BCA regulations and industry standards
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, P.Eng) preferred
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder coordination
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
