The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems within construction projects. With a salary range of $4,500 to $6,200 per month, and the potential to earn up to $6,500, this role offers excellent growth opportunities for engineers with a strong technical background.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all M&E construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and BCA regulations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, progress updates, and documentation required for project approvals.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a recognized Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Degree with valid PE Board recognition.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Building Standards (BCA) and local regulations.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Work Pass (if applicable to the role).
