Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the installation of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems on-site to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and architectural teams to resolve technical issues and site clashes.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure that M&E milestones are achieved within the stipulated budget and timeline.
- Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and quality control standards.
- Manage the Testing and Commissioning (T&C) process and facilitate the smooth handover of systems to the client.
- Prepare comprehensive site progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation for audits.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in M&E works within the construction industry, preferably on industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and local authority requirements (PUB, EMA, SCDF).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with BIM (Revit) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate diverse site teams.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
