Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare Bill of Quantities and cost estimates for M&E engineering works
- Report directly to Senior M&E Manager on project financials
- Analyze technical drawings and specifications for accurate costing
- Conduct market research for material/equipment pricing
- Develop tender documentation and support bidding processes
- Monitor project costs and perform variance analysis
- Implement cost control measures across project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years in M&E estimation within construction
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction standards
- Advanced MS Excel skills with financial modeling
- Certification in quantity surveying or cost management preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD and BIM tools
