As a key leader in the construction division, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Mechanical and Electrical services. You will play a critical role in navigating the technical complexities of modern building systems while ensuring strict adherence to Singapore’s regulatory frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and lead the M&E department for multi-million dollar A1 construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Direct the planning, coordination, and integration of mechanical and electrical systems across diverse sectors including data centres and hospitality.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and relevant government authorities.
- Manage the BIM coordination process to identify and resolve clashes, optimizing construction sequences and reducing on-site rework.
- Ensure all site activities comply strictly with Singapore Building & Construction Authority (BCA) laws and Green Mark requirements.
- Lead the procurement process for M&E subcontractors, including technical evaluation and negotiation of high-value contracts.
- Implement rigorous quality control and safety protocols to maintain the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Provide mentorship and strategic direction to a team of engineers and site managers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in M&E project management within an A1 Main Contractor environment.
- Proven expertise in managing M&E-intensive projects such as Data Centres, high-end hotels, or large-scale residential hubs.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s Building & Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and technical codes.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit/Navisworks) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methodologies.
- Strong leadership capability with a track record of managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) status or Chartered Engineer status is highly advantageous.
