Are you a seasoned engineering professional looking to take on a pivotal role in the real estate sector? CBRE is seeking a highly capable M&E Manager / Operation Manager to oversee the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) operations for our retail mall portfolio.
In this role, you will be the guardian of our infrastructure, responsible for planning and implementing comprehensive preventive maintenance programs. You will ensure that all M&E systems and equipment operate at peak efficiency while maintaining strict adherence to safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic preventive maintenance schedules for all M&E systems, including HVAC, electrical, and fire protection.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Singapore.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians and maintenance staff to ensure high service delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships and subcontractors for repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize operational expenditure.
- Handle emergency response protocols and ensure rapid resolution of technical faults.
- Prepare annual budgets and reports for the M&E department.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in M&E management, specifically within the retail mall or commercial property sector.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent recognized certification.
- In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Building Automation.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis or as required to support mall operations.
