You will lead the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems in modern workspaces. This role requires technical expertise in HVAC, electrical distribution, and low-current systems combined with strong client management skills. You'll collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects that exceed quality standards while optimizing operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end M&E project delivery for office interior fit-outs
- Coordinate MEP installations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems
- Prepare project documentation (drawings, specifications, BOQs)
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams
- Implement risk management strategies and quality control measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of M&E project management experience in construction
- Proven track record in office interior fit-outs
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) preferred
