Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end M&E project delivery including planning, execution, and closure
- Oversee electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning
- Manage mechanical HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's BC (Building Control) regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Prepare technical documentation and project reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of M&E project management experience
- Professional certification (PE, P.Eng, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Proven track record in delivering complex construction projects
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- LEED/Green Mark certification advantageous
