Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze M&E cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
- Monitor project expenditures against budgets and provide financial forecasting
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and cost implications during project execution
- Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and payment certifications
- Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analyses for stakeholders
- Coordinate with design teams to resolve technical conflicts and optimize cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of M&E quantity surveying experience in construction projects
- Professional certification (RICS, BQSP, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of Singaporean construction contracts and regulations
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
