Are you a detail-oriented M&E professional looking to make your mark on large-scale infrastructure and residential developments? China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a dedicated M&E Supervisor to join our high-performing construction team. This role is focused on our prestigious private condominium project located in the West Region, offering the opportunity to work with one of the most reputable international engineering firms.
As an M&E Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all mechanical and electrical installations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will lead site coordination efforts, manage subcontractors, and ensure that project timelines are strictly adhered to. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, site-based environment and is committed to delivering excellence in construction engineering.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day M&E installation works on-site to ensure full compliance with project specifications and drawings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to resolve technical discrepancies and integration issues.
- Monitor site progress against the master construction schedule and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to safety protocols (WSH).
- Prepare and review progress reports, material inspection requests, and method statements.
- Manage M&E site materials, tools, and equipment to prevent wastage and ensure proper storage.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical updates to the Project Manager and client representatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in M&E supervision, preferably within private condominium or high-rise residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, M&E standards, and safety regulations (e.g., BCA, PUB, NEA).
- Proficient in interpreting complex mechanical and electrical engineering drawings and BIM models.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external sub-contractors effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to read and write technical reports; familiarity with MS Office and project management software is an advantage.
