As an M&E Supervisor, you will be the bridge between design intent and field execution. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all Mechanical and Electrical systems are installed according to project specifications, safety standards, and local building codes. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all M&E site activities to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor site progress and ensure all installations comply with design drawings and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues during construction.
- Supervise a team of technicians and subcontractors to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management review.
- Assist in the testing and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure operational functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in M&E supervision within the construction or building industry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting M&E technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with site teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local building standards and safety regulations (OSHA/DOSH).
- Proactive team player with excellent leadership and coordination skills.
