Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate manufacturing machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Document production data and output accurately in the daily logbook.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow and resolve operational issues.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance, dress code, and workplace conduct.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or factory environment is a plus.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of production machinery.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
