Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of press stamping machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical malfunctions
- Replace defective components and repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Monitor machine performance metrics and optimize operational parameters
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failure
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Collaborate with production team to resolve equipment-related bottlenecks
Kualifikasi
- Technical diploma or certification in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance
- Minimum 2 years experience with press stamping machinery
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Certification in industrial machinery maintenance preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
