Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on pharmaceutical production machinery
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Calibrate and adjust machinery parameters for optimal performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues
- Order and manage spare parts inventory for critical machinery
- Adhere to safety protocols and GMP standards during all operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years experience in machinery maintenance/repair
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Certification in industrial machinery maintenance preferred
- Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment a plus
- Problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
