Sewu Segar Primatama is actively seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Staff to support our operations at the Rejuve Factory. As a key member of our engineering support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our facility's infrastructure. We are looking for a proactive professional who is committed to safety and operational excellence to ensure our production lines run smoothly without interruption.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the production management to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems meet the highest standards of reliability and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical) to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of building infrastructure to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all work complies with local safety regulations and company standards.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables for the MEP department.
- Document all maintenance activities and create detailed reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or vocational diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferably food/beverage or similar).
- Valid technical certification in relevant trade (e.g., electrical license, HVAC certification).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian safety codes (SNI) and workplace health regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics.
- Willingness to work full-time at the Curug Bitung, Banten facility.
