Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the workshop and ensure all mechanical equipment is maintained in optimal condition.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of mechanics and junior technicians to enhance technical skills and safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring availability and cost-effective usage.
- Diagnose complex mechanical issues and coordinate with upper management for major repairs or upgrades.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Vocational Technical Education.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Mechanic or Foreman, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery, diesel engines, and hydraulic systems.
- Valid Indonesian Driver's License (SIM A).
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Indonesian (both oral and written) and professional communication skills.
