Tanggung Jawab
- Operate conventional machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders) to fabricate precision metal parts
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Perform routine machine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers)
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize machining processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Document production activities and maintain quality control records
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience operating conventional machine shop equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of metal properties, cutting tools, and machining techniques
- Ability to perform precise measurements and quality inspections
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
