Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning and milling machines to produce precision components.
- Perform high-precision wire-cut EDM processes according to technical drawings and blueprints.
- Conduct regular quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Perform daily machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD/CAM data for manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Support the production team in meeting daily output targets and delivery deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Machinist or CNC Technician.
- Proficiency in operating CNC turning, milling, and wire-cut EDM machines.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical schematics.
- Experience with precision measurement tools and quality control standards.
- Solid understanding of machining materials, cutting tools, and feeds/speeds.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related trade is a plus.
